Liebe Feriengäste,

Unsere Ferienwohnung soll Ihnen ein zweites zu Hause sein. Sie sollen sich wohlfühlen und ausruhen können. Wir haben uns mit der Einrichtung viel Mühe gegeben und hoffen, dass Sie alles vorfinden, was Sie benötigen. Die nachstehende Hausordnung soll eine Hilfestellung für einen harmonischen Aufenthalt sein. Außerdem haben wir einige Regeln aufgeführt von denen wir hoffen, dass sie Ihr Verständnis finden. Durch eine ordentliche Behandlung der Wohnung helfen Sie uns auch in Zukunft, Ihnen und anderen Gästen zufriedenstellende Räumlichkeiten anzubieten. Allgemein Sollten Sie irgend etwas in der Einrichtung vermissen oder wenn Sie Hilfe brauchen, wenden Sie sich bitte an uns. Tragen Sie bitte Sorge dafür, dass auch Ihre Mitreisenden, die Mietbedingungen einhalten. Bitte gehen Sie pfleglich mit der Kücheneinrichtung und den technischen Geräten um, stellen Sie bitte Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck nur in sauberem und trockenem Zustand in die Schränke. Stellen Sie heiße Töpfe und andere heiße Gegenstände bitte nicht ohne Untersetzer auf die Tische oder die Arbeitsplatte. Benutzen Sie zum Schneiden immer ein Schneidebrett als Unterlage. Hinterlassen Sie den Innenraum von  Mikrowelle bitte im sauberen Zustand.

Beschädigungen Niemand beschädigt absichtlich Sachen, es kann jedoch jedem passieren, dass einmal etwas kaputt geht. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Sie den entstandenen Schaden mitteilen. Der Mieter haftet für Beschädigungen, in Höhe der Wiederbeschaffungskosten.

Lüften Zur Vermeidung von Schimmelbildung bitten wir Sie die Räume ausreichend zu lüften, mindestens 2x am Tag Querlueten für 10 min und insbesondere nach dem duschen und kochen.

Entsorgung Der Abfall wird nach Restmüll, Glas, Papier und Verpackungen mit dem grünen Punkt getrennt. Entsprechende Behältnisse stehen auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Mülleimer und Kosmetikeimer im Bad bitte nur mit Mülltüten benutzen und diese verschlossen in die Restmülltonne entsorgen.

In die Küchenspüle, die Toiletten, die Waschbecken und Dusche dürfen keine Abfälle, Essensreste, schädliche Flüssigkeiten  wie altes Oel nach dem kochen oder Ähnliches geschüttet werden.

Vermeiden sie alles, was zu Verstopfungen der Leitungen führen kann (keine Hygieneartikel in die Toilette). Reinigung Sollten Ihnen mal ein Missgeschick (extremer Schmutz, Flüssigkeiten auf Boden oder Arbeitsflächen usw.) passieren, bitten wir Sie dies sofort zu beseitigen oder uns zu informieren Wir bitten Sie, die Ferienwohnung bei Abreise besenrein zu hinterlassen.

Ruhezeiten Im Sinne einer guten Nachbarschaft bitten wir Sie, die öffentlichen  rechtlichen Ruhezeiten wie Mittag-, Nacht- und Sonntagsruhe einzuhalten. Auch in der Ferienwohnung selbst sollte aus Rücksicht zwischen 22:00 und 8:00 Uhr Ruhe gehalten werden.

Bitte fragen Sie uns nach dem Zugangs-Code über den WLAN-Anschluss, der Vermieter schließt jede Haftung im Zusammenhang mit der Internetnutzung des Mieters aus. Für die Nutzung des Internetzugangs über WLAN sind zusätzlich die WLAN Nutzungsregeln zu berücksichtigen. Bitte haben Sie aber Verständnis dafür, dass wir uns gegen Missbrauch mit einer Unterschrift ihrerseits absichern.  Rauchen ist in der Ferienwohnung nicht erlaubt. Bitte verlassen Sie zum Rauchen die Ferienwohnung, nur im Freien auf dem Balkon ist es gestattet

 Haustiere Das mitbringen von Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt.

Parkmöglichkeiten Es kann direkt vor dem Ferienhaus geparkt werden, weitere öffentliche Stellflächen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Soweit Ihnen ein Stellplatz zur Verfügung gestellt wird, kommt dadurch kein Verwahrungsvertrag zustande. Bei Abhandenkommen oder Beschädigung auf dem Grundstück abgestellter oder rangierter Kraftfahrzeuge und deren Inhalte haftet der Vermieter nicht, außer bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.

Hausrecht zur täglichen Reinigung und bei sofort notwendigen Reparaturen kann es unerlässlich sein, dass der Vermieter die Ferienwohnung ohne Wissen des Gastes betreten muss.

House rules and Information

Dear Holiday guests,

Our apartment would be a second home for you. You should be able to feel good and rest. We have put a lot of effort into setting them up and we hope that you will find everything you’ll need during your stay.

The following house rules are intended as an aid for a harmonious stay. We have also listed the following housekeeping rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment like your own, you will be able to help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms. I have listed the following housekeeping guidelines for easy reference and should you need anything within the facility or if you need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Kitchen Housekeeping:

Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the microwave in a clean condition.

Nobody damages things on purpose, however accident can happen to anyone that something breaks, we would be happy if you can inform us of the damage immediately. The tenant is liable for the damage, to the amount of the replacement costs.

Ventilation:

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently but fully opening the windows / door, at least twice a day for 10 minutes, especially after shower and cooking.

Cleanliness and Waste Disposal:

Disposal of waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Corresponding containers are available on the property. Please ensure that garbage bags are placed in the garbage cans and cosmetic bins for easy disposal, you may be able to dispose them in the available waste bins within the property.

Please do not pour, leftover food, harmful liquids such as old cooking oil into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins and showers. Please put them in a small plastic bag, seal it and place them in the residual waste bin.

Please avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes, please do not throw hygiene items in the toilet.

Should there be an unlucky accident that have caused extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces. Please reach out to us so we can work together on how we can rectify the damages immediately, alternatively we can also organize a cleaning assistance to remedy or repair the damages at the earliest.

Quiet hours:

In our interests to maintain and respect the good neighborhood that we live in, we ask you to comply with the public legal quiet times such as lunch (from 12 Noon until 2 PM) , night (from 4 PM to 5 PM) and Sunday which is the rest day, silence should also be kept within the apartment between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Wifi / Internet Connection:

Please feel free to reach out to us should you need the access code for the WLAN connection, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant’s internet use.

For the use of the Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be taken into account. But please understand that we protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.

Smoke Free Apartments:

Smoking is not allowed within the apartment. Please do not leave the apartment to smoke, it is however permitted to smoke outside of the property and on the balcony.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed within the property or inside the apartment.

Parking Facilities:

Free public (Street) parking is possible at a location nearby or directly in front of the holiday home if available, reservations are unfortunately not possible. Choosing the location of your parking would be at your own risk and the host are not liable for any damages to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents.

Daily housekeeping and repairs that are immediately necessary may be essential, therefore, we -the host, reserves the right to enter the holiday homes, with or without our guests’ prior consent, more importantly on the likely event that the above stated housekeeping rules are not being met.
